• Why should I use this software?
• Its really good. Its easy to use. It represents good value and provides the technology without restraint. You could be using it in minutes.
• Is my data secure?
• Yes. Your data is stored on our dedicated Linux server cluster. We use advanced IP filtering and firewall technology to protect your data. Should you need to, we offer you the ability to download your data in a number of industry recognised formats.
• What is Linux?

• Does the system cover all aspects of the survey and analysis life cycle, ie for a market research project?
• Yes. We think we've got all the bases covered. Take a look at our system overview for a guide to how it works.
• Do you require any IT training to use the system?
• No. If you can use Google, Amazon or Ebay you will have no problems with our Administrative control panel. Basic web surfing skills are all you need to create, design and distribute a survey.
• How much would it cost... say for a one-off survey of 10,000 or a diarised questionnaire weekly to a panel of 250 over 3 months?

• Can I brand surveys and send to differing groups, branded accordingly?
• Yes. HTML and CSS editors allow full control of brand and design.
• What methods of data analysis area available?

• Is there a limit to the number of email invites I can send?
